WanderCIRCLE puts content creation at the heart of every campaign. We ensure that all content produced for clients elevates their brand messaging & is crafted with specific goals in mind.
With Video Marketing being an integral content option for any agency, in particular, vertical video; WanderCIRCLE shoot specifically for Youtube, Instagram & Facebook – the majority of video views are now coming from mobile devices in a vertical format making this type of video a specific skillset.
Marketing Agency knowledge, data & experience puts WanderCIRCLE in a different league to any Content Creation Agency without deep knowledge of the wider marketing spectrum & how to leverage content, in all of its forms, to increase awareness & drive revenue.
Digital Marketing Services
Digital Marketing at WanderCIRCLE
All our services are billed at a flat fee of £50 per hour excluding VAT (we charge a fair price for good work)
WanderCIRCLE charges 50% upfront and 50% on project completion
Alternatively we offer an upfront rolling payment for a pre selected amount of hours per month
Social Media Marketing
We exclusively use Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and Facebook to market. These are the most efficient platforms to use depending on your product. (hours will depend on products, needs and budget)
If you use alternative social and want that handled, we work with several specialist partners and would be happy to arrange the management for you.
Hosting
Hosting, WanderCIRCLE in-house £40 per month. We maintain hosting and deal with any hosting associated technical issues. (this option recommended for below 10k page views per month)
Shared hosting for over 10k page views per month we use a faster service with much more powerful structure to cope with the traffic. That’s £80 per month and comes with an inbuilt CDN. Great for up to 200k page views per month.
Over 200k page views, we can discuss custom options.
Maintenance
If you would like WanderCIRCLE to maintain your website, our recommended time for most websites is two hours per month.
We will keep you up to date with errors, updates, legal compliance, bug fixes, troubleshooting Issues, Security Updates, simple changes to your website and keeping up best practices.
Paid Targeting (PPC)
We offer Facebook, Google & Youtube paid advertising campaign development.
At WanderCIRCLE we believe that the optimum strategy is to build traffic the FREE and organic way.
But at some point, your eCommerce site will reach its full potential and we believe that is the time to use paid advertisements.
At this stage, we can create a custom plan with you to spread the word fast.
Email marketing
We use Opt-in Monster exclusively to build our subscriber base with Send In Blue as our email provider. These are the best combination of tools on the market in our opinion.
At WanderCIRCLE we recognise that getting quality subscribers is better than getting more subscribers.
So we build a clean helpful opt-in call to actions and only send subscribers helpful transparent information when we need to.
We can help you with converting the empty carts on average by 7% and build a steady subscriber base of customers that are genuinely engaged with your brand.
Search Engine Marketing
We offer local and international services in regard to SEO. Our strategy is simple, we make life easier for Google to find you using quality information and complying with Google practices. (hours will depend on website size and age)
Video
We offer Youtube channel creation, depending on your websites niche we can come up with a bespoke plan to drive traffic to your site.
Below is an example of what it takes to create a Youtube channel:
Content plan: 3 – 5 hrs, £150 – £250
Initial set up: 2– 4 hrs, £100 – £200
Graphic Design: 4 – 6 hrs, £200 – £300
Filming & editing: 4 – 8 hrs per video, £200 – £400
Upload & product links: 1 – 2 hrs, £50 – £100
Our initial recommendation is to start with 5x video, then create 2x videos per week until 30x videos.
At this stage, optimum video content would be 1x per week.
Unlike blog content, video content has to be regular, in order to keep the channel healthy. But the upside is you can drive traffic immediately usually.
Photography
We offer in-house product photography and can project manage larger scale branding shoots with our recommended partner photographers.
Completely depending on needs, we can discuss this on a case to case basis.
Startup consultancy
If you have an eCommerce idea but need help with all the details, we offer sessions to speed up your development process and give our expertise in structuring your ideas.

Our platform of choice in bot creation is Facebook messenger. We believe that it has the most flexibility and integration adaptability.

Content & Creative
Gone are the days of traditional keyword research, Google has advanced to a more semantics-based ranking system.
At WanderCIRCLE we practice the content is king approach to digital marketing.
Our method is called the ABC approach (original, quality helpful information based content) and we recommend a minimum of 30x blog content creations.
The breakdown looks like:
10x response posts – 1500 words
10x staple posts -2200 words
10x pillar posts – 4500 words
We aim to achieve 1000 page views per post every month.
On average, that converts to between 1%-3% in sales.
It takes between 6-8 months for a post to reach full maturity.
100 posts is a good amount of content and the max we would recommend is 500 posts. At that stage, it’s more efficient to improve older content.
It takes WanderCircle 1 hour to write 500 quality words with original research.
Analytics & content plan
We specialise in two areas based around eCommerce.
Firstly we will work closely with Google tools to analyse the important metrics to see what you are doing well and no so well, or what is the best course of action for the future.
Then our unique ABC approach to content planning will be able to identify gaps in your niche. We will be able to identify 100+ blog or video topics that will have the best chance of ranking.
This is the most important task you do in building a strong organic sales funnel.
On average the research should take us between 4-5 hrs.

I already have a website but I'd like a new design can you help?
We exclusively work using WordPress as a (content management system) and Divi as a page builder. If your website is on WordPress we would be happy to convert the site over to Divi and help you create a new design.
How long is my contract?
We operate under the assumption that if we keep doing good work at a fair price you want to stay with us. Our payments are either priced by job 50% upfront or we charge a certain amount of hours per month upfront at £50 per hour.

What are your support hours?
We operate Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Yes of course. If you have several WordPress websites or require several WordPress websites we can discuss a deal on an individual basis.
Can I ask for a custom task?
